The magnificent main restaurant on board is simply called ‘The Restaurant’ and is accessed via a beautiful marble and glass hallway.  Open for breakfast, lunch and evening diner. You may dine here at any time you please, with whom you please in the comfort that a table will always be available.


Seabourn’s award-winning cuisine starts with the finest quality ingredients and they are a proud member of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, one of the world’s most prestigious gastronomic societies devoted to the art of fine dining.


‘Restaurant 2’ is an intimate alternative dining venue in partnership with world-renowned American chef and restaurateur Thomas Keller serving innovative small-plates tasting menus for dinners nightly.
TIP – be sure to reserve your table here at your earliest opportunity at no additional charge!
Other dining options include ‘The Colonnade’, a more casual alternative with indoor/outdoor seating, sumptuous buffets and daily specials for breakfast and lunch.
‘The Patio’ offers casual poolside dining featuring grilled specialities, salads and sides for lunch and dinner.
Or, if you fancy a night in – you may also order ‘In Suite Dining’ from The Restaurant menu and have your meal served, course by course, in your suite or on your veranda.

Seabourn does operate an evening dress code after 6 pm which is either elegant casual or formal.
Elegant casual attire would be a collared shirt (optional jacket) for gentleman and skirt or dress for ladies.
Formal evenings would require a diner suit (white or black), or dark suit for gentleman and a cocktail dress for ladies.
